Open Studio Class Schedule

The Open Studio Class Series is a 55 minute complete body workout utilizing all Designing Bodies Inc. equipment for up to 8 clients with one instructor. Open Studio Classes are a great opportunity to receive a focused, fluid and balanced full-body workout taught by trained Pilates professionals.

Prerequisite: You must attend three introductory private sessions before you can sign up for an open class.
